Eligibility: By submitting a video, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

Ownership of Content: By submitting your video, you grant Chicano Power TV and Donald J Trump TV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your video across their platforms and media channels.

Prohibited Content: Videos containing offensive, defamatory, unlawful, violent, hateful, or misleading material will not be accepted and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Submission Rules:

Maximum length: 30 seconds.

Must include your name and location.

Must be recorded with clear audio and video.

Must directly address President Donald J. Trump with your message.

A $5 processing fee must be paid with each submission. This fee is non-refundable and helps maintain the platform.

No Guarantee of Publication: Submission does not guarantee that your video will be used, published, or broadcast. The decision to publish remains solely at the discretion of Chicano Power TV and Donald J Trump TV.

Modification Rights: Submitted content may be edited for clarity, length, or compliance with platform guidelines before publication.

Liability: Chicano Power TV and Donald J Trump TV are not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability resulting from the submission or publication of your video.

Termination of Participation: Submissions that fail to comply with these Terms may be rejected or removed without prior notice.
